This refers to the expected life of the light source and is expressed in total burning hours, sometimes supplemented by "switch cycles". This indicates how many times you can switch the lamp on and off before it needs replacing.

This indicates which electrical connection the product operates on. A lot of lamps can simply be connected to the mains voltage coming from the sockets in your home (230V). But LED lights do not always work on the mains voltage supplied at home. Just think of LED strips that often work on 24Vdc or LEDs that need to be fed with a constant current.
